AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing or using Rmaps (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Rmaps is operated by Wildcat Devs ("we", "us", "our"), based in Bengaluru, India. The Service is currently in beta and provided to a limited group of users for testing and feedback purposes.

WHO CAN USE RMAPS

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Rmaps. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

During beta, access is by invitation or waitlist approval only. We reserve the right to decline or revoke access at our discretion.

BETA PROGRAM

The Rmaps beta is a pre-release version of the product. It may contain bugs, incomplete features, or unexpected behaviour. By participating:

• You acknowledge that the Service is provided "as-is" during the beta period without warranties of any kind.
• You agree to provide honest feedback when requested. Your input directly helps us build a better product.
• You understand that features, pricing, and functionality may change before or after public launch.
• Your founding member pricing (if applicable) is locked in as long as you maintain an active subscription.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use Rmaps to:

• Violate any Indian or applicable international law or regulation.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Share your live location or ride data with others without their consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or tamper with the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service in a way that could endanger your safety or the safety of others — including using the app while actively riding without hands-free or voice-guidance mode.
• Create multiple accounts or circumvent access restrictions.

YOUR CONTENT

You own the data you create — your ride history, routes, garage entries, and notes. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process this data solely to provide the Service to you.

We will never sell your ride data or use it to identify or profile you for advertising purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

SAFETY DISCLAIMER

Rmaps is a navigation and coordination tool. It is your responsibility to ride safely and comply with all traffic laws. Rmaps features — including live tracking, SOS alerts, and route guidance — are intended to support safety, not replace your judgement on the road.

We are not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages arising from your use of the Service while riding. Always prioritise the road over any screen.

PRICING AND PAYMENTS

Beta access is currently free. When paid plans launch:

• Pro plan will be priced at ₹999/year for the general public.
• Founding members who locked in a special rate during beta will retain that rate as long as their subscription remains active.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Refunds will be considered case-by-case. Contact support@rmaps.app within 7 days of payment.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Rmaps name, logo, design, codebase, and all content created by us are the property of Wildcat Devs. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

We are not affiliated with any OEM, motorcycle brand, or maps provider unless explicitly stated.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wildcat Devs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.

TERMINATION

You may stop using Rmaps and delete your account at any time from within the app or by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, engage in harmful behaviour toward other users, or if we discontinue the Service. We will give reasonable notice where possible.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
